London, November 2008, Epsilon Telecommunications a European Telecom Service provider in the wholesale market was awarded Capacity Magazine’s “Best Market Innovation” at the recent Global Wholesale Awards in Amsterdam. The awards, held by Capacity, a respected trade magazine for telecommunications carriers and service providers, recognises key market players in the telecommunications industry.
