Epsilon Connect is the largest Global ‘Meet-Me-Room’ for Voice and Data Connectivity, linking the major regional Telecom Hubs around the World. Epsilon’s reach extends to almost 50 Telehouses, enabling access to approximately 1000 Operators and Service Providers, 250 of which are already pre-connected to the network. This allows circuit activation times as short as 2-5 working days. Once pre-connected, customers can enjoy the benefits provided by the largest global ‘Meet-Me-Room’, Epsilon Connect.

Epsilon Voice Connect offers two main products, one of which is Media Conversion, bridging the TDM and VOIP worlds in which Carriers operate today.  The second component is a fully managed switch partition, designed for Carriers who may seek an international switching hub to route local interconnect traffic. It is aimed at saving bandwidth as no backhaul for non-domestic traffic is required. Another application allows for backhauling carriers to groom the interconnect traffic into as little transport capacity as possible, avoiding unutilised bandwidth from multiple interconnects. The switch partition MSP can also be used for TDM or VoIP signalling conversion.

Both services are available from any Epsilon Point of Presence. Epsilon TDM Connect and Epsilon VoIP Connect customers will have instant access to the service via their dedicated private connections. The platform can also be accessed via the public internet. For basic conversion services, the platform provides information about traffic and CDRs can be sent automatically via FTP-Push. Additionally, switch partition users will have access to see the information online including all call statistics, allowing pricing and routing table uploads.

The setup of an interconnection with the B-party does not require any involvement from the customer and will be dealt with directly between Epsilon and the B-party. We only require the commercial and technical contact so our provisioning team can discuss the technical details directly.
