Epsilon Connect is the largest Global ‘Meet-Me-Room’ for Voice and Data Connectivity, linking the major regional Telecom Hubs around the World. Epsilon’s reach extends to almost 50 Telehouses, enabling access to approximately 1000 Operators and Service Providers, 250 of which are already pre-connected to the network. Once pre-connected, customers can enjoy the benefits provided by the largest global ‘Meet-Me-Room’, Epsilon Connect. 

Epsilon's underlying multivendor infrastructure offers resilient services over its DWDM, SDH and Ethernet backbone which connects all its Points of Presence.  The MPLS-IP VPN network is embedded within the transport network, with network reach extending to Enterprise locations across the globe. This is done via the NNI’s that are currently in place with over 250 Carriers.

At the core locations, large optical switches have been deployed to provide network scalability and mesh restoration mechanisms for increased network resilience and diversity options. Our current network has interconnections with 250 national and international operators, allowing us to deliver Global Connectivity solutions for our Carrier customers via terrestrial, sea-cable and satellite systems. The service includes the entire 3rd party management; one unified Service Level Agreement and can provide any form of network diversity required.

The new MPLS-IP VPN layer provides seamless connectivity between all POP’s linking major national and regional MPLS networks, giving a true global “PoP to Enterprise” connectivity.

Epsilon Enterprise Connect services are delivered by Epsilons dedicated Carrier Services Team. This team manages the order and delivery process throughout to warrant a timely and smooth implementation and handover of the services.

Epsilon operates a strict “no competition” policy with its Carrier Customers which guarantees integrity, confidentiality and avoids difficult channel conflicts.

The Epsilon Networks model is geared to support outsourcing requirements from Carriers who are looking to transfer procurement and implementation as well as 3rd party contract management to a reliable partner. This is often more efficient especially when operating outside their own home territory.
